The Advanced Deployment Group is commissioned to install and troubleshoot all new product introductions and fill a gap where distributors and other support groups need to come up to speed. The position involved a great deal of travel nationwide and dealing with those customers directly.

Network/Communication Systems Manager. Network Administration of Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0 network with Microsoft BackOffice using Compaq Server hardware and software. Router and network hub configuration and management. Network wiring using Category 5 Unshielded Twisted-Pair and Fiber Optics. Provided end-user support on a daily basis.

Worked on a three person team that was responsible for building a state-wide private ATM network (3 Lakewood sites, Grand Junction, Colorado Springs, and Morrison) that integrates data, voice, and video technologies over a T-1. Voice network included the install of a Nortel Meridian PBX and five remote Nortel PBX systems. Data network hardware consisted of 3Com CoreBuilder and PathBuilder products. Responsibilities for data and voice included specifying and implementing data communications hardware and architecture.
