Not being able to rent a car on Sunday, I ended up preparing for the next day at Comdex. I landed at a spot near the Motel 6 called Steak and Ale. This impressive little chain is something you should check out if you get a chance.

While having dinner I found out my waitress was an AOL member. After being as sweet and polite as I possibly could I asked her for her screenname. Score!! At the very end of the meal I asked and got it, it was the first schmooze for me in Atlanta. It was better than a phone number in my opinion. After finishing dinner I headed back to the room and sent her a quick email thanking her for being so sweet and asked if she could show me around Atlanta and went to bed.
